| Classic Chocolate Cake Recipe |

- 140g egg yolks
- 45g superfine sugar
- 130g butter
- Few drops of vanilla essence

- 130g dairy cream
- 100g milk chocolate, melted
- 100g dark chocolate, melted

- 80g low protein flour
- 45g cocoa powder
- 2g soda bicarbonate

- 510g egg whites
- 150g superfine sugar

- Beat ingredients A together until creamy.
- Mix ingredients B evenly.
- Sift ingredients C together, and fold them into ingredients A and B.
- Beat ingredients D until fluffy and soft peaks are formed. Add the mixture from Step 3 into the egg whites mixture. Mix evenly.
- Add in the chopped walnuts into the cake batter and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into cake mold and bake the cake in preheated oven at temperature between 160°C and 180°C for about 35 minutes.
