Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake Recipe

Ingredients

 A
  • 220 g/ 7¾ oz of mayonnaise
  • 200 ml of drinking coffee, cold
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence
 B
  • 240 g/ 8½ oz of plain flour
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 20 g/ ½ oz of cocoa powder
  • 200 g/ 7 oz of sugar
  • ½ tsp of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to temperature of 180°C/ 350°F.
  2. Mix ingredients A well.
  3. Add in ingredients B and beat the mixture for 5 minutes at a medium speed using k-beater.
  4. Pour the batter into 6" square cake tin and bake for half hour.
  5. *The cake can be disguised as chocolate brownies instead!
