| Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake Recipe |
Ingredients |

- 220 g/ 7¾ oz of mayonnaise
- 200 ml of drinking coffee, cold
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
B
- 240 g/ 8½ oz of plain flour
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 20 g/ ½ oz of cocoa powder
- 200 g/ 7 oz of sugar
- ½ tsp of salt

Preparation

- Preheat the oven to temperature of 180°C/
350°F.
- Mix ingredients A well.
- Add in ingredients B and beat the mixture for 5 minutes at a medium speed using k-beater.
- Pour the batter into 6" square cake tin and bake for half hour.
- *The cake can be disguised as chocolate brownies instead!
