Ingredients
Chiffon Cake
A
250 g of Egg Whites
120 g of Sugar
1/4 tsp of Cream of Tartar
1/4 tsp of Salt

100 g of Superfine Flour
C
1 tsp of Strawberry Paste
Few drops of Red/ Green Coloring
Cake Garnishing
150 g of Fresh Cream
100 g of Strawberry Jam
Directions
- Mix ingredients A until soft peaks form. Add in flour and mix till well combined.
- Divide batter into 3 different bowls. Into one add a few drops of red color and strawberry paste. Into the second bowl add green coloring and let the third portion remain its original color.
- Pour the strawberry portion into an 8" mould, followed by the green batter. Cover the green portion with the original batter. Transfer to preheated oven.
- Whip fresh cream till soft peaks form. Cover the cake with whipped cream. Decorate with strawberry jam. Chill in fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
