| Cake Recipe for Cheese |
Ingredients |
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 250 g of fresh cream, whipped
- 2 tsp of gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp of water
- 50 g of green cherries (chopped)
- 50 g of red cherries (chopped)
- 30 g of grated chocolate
- 1 tbsp of creme de cacao
- 200 g of cooking chocolate

Preparation

- Stir in the gelatin with water over simmering water until well dissolved.
- Add in the mascarpone cheese, blend the cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped cream, cherries, grated chocolate and creme de cacao.
- Then spoon the mixture into a small mold.
- Refrigerate the cheese mixture until set.
- Melt the chocolate and make round bases on a piece of paper.
- Turn zuccotto onto chocolate bases.
- Decorate according to your preference.
