Cake Recipe for Cheese

Ingredients

  • 250 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 250 g of fresh cream, whipped
  • 2 tsp of gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp of water
  • 50 g of green cherries (chopped)
  • 50 g of red cherries (chopped)
  • 30 g of grated chocolate
  • 1 tbsp of creme de cacao
  • 200 g of cooking chocolate

Preparation

  1. Stir in the gelatin with water over simmering water until well dissolved.
  2. Add in the mascarpone cheese, blend the cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream, cherries, grated chocolate and creme de cacao.
  4. Then spoon the mixture into a small mold.
  5. Refrigerate the cheese mixture until set.
  6. Melt the chocolate and make round bases on a piece of paper.
  7. Turn zuccotto onto chocolate bases.
  8. Decorate according to your preference.
