- 22g corn flour
- 340g butter

- 500g digestive cookies, crushed finely

- For the cheese cake base preparation, mix the unsalted butter, crushed cookies and chocolate chips together evenly.
- Press and flatten the base onto desired shapes of greased cake tins.
- Bake the cheese cake base in a preheated oven at temperature of 170°C for about 40 minutes. After baking, remove from oven and leave to cool.
- Next step is preparing the cheese filling. To do that, beat the cream cheese together with caster sugar until smooth and creamy. Add in eggs gradually and continue beating.
- Stir in corn flour and melted butter into the cheese mixture. Mix evenly before stirring in the orange juice as well.
- Pour the cheese filling into cake tins and refrigerate the cheese cakes for overnight before serving.
