Royal Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients

 Cheese Filling

  • 600g cream cheese

  • 120g caster sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 22g corn flour
  • 340g butter

  • 2 oranges, with juice extracted
 Cheesecake Base

  • 250g unsalted butter
 B
  • 500g digestive cookies, crushed finely
 C
  • 110g chocolate chips

Direction

  1. For the cheese cake base preparation, mix the unsalted butter, crushed cookies and chocolate chips together evenly.
  2. Press and flatten the base onto desired shapes of greased cake tins.
  3. Bake the cheese cake base in a preheated oven at temperature of 170°C for about 40 minutes. After baking, remove from oven and leave to cool.
  4. Next step is preparing the cheese filling. To do that, beat the cream cheese together with caster sugar until smooth and creamy. Add in eggs gradually and continue beating.
  5. Stir in corn flour and melted butter into the cheese mixture. Mix evenly before stirring in the orange juice as well.
  6. Pour the cheese filling into cake tins and refrigerate the cheese cakes for overnight before serving.
