| Cake Recipe for Cheese |
Ingredients |
- 100 g/ 3½ oz of prunes
- 100 ml of water
- ½ tsp of jelly powder
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 180 g/ 6¼ oz of cream cheese
- 1 tbsp of caster sugar
- 80 g/ 2¾ oz of fruit jam
- 1 tsp of gelatin powder
- 180 g/ 6¼ oz of fresh cream, whipped
- 2 tsp of grated chocolate
- A slice of sponge cake

Method
|
- Blend in the prunes and water with blender until it form a puree.
- Bring the mixture to boil with jelly powder until boiling.
- Stir in the lemon juice.
- Pour the prune mixture into a lined triangle mold. Refrigerate the mixture until set.
- Beat in cream cheese, sugar and fruit jam until mixture become smooth and creamy.
- Stir in gelatin and water over a simmering hot water until gelatin is dissolved.
- Add the gelatin mixture into cheese mixture until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream and grated chocolate into gelatin cream cheese mixture.
- Mix the mixture until well combined.
- Spoon some cheese mixture into a lined triangle mold.
- Center the cheese mixture with prune triangle. Spoon in the remaining mixture.
- Spoon in the remaining cheese mixture. Level the surface.
- Cover the cheese cake with a slice of sponge cake.
- Refrigerate the cake until set.
- Serve the cake onto a plate. Cut the cake into appropriate thickness.
