Peanut Base Cheese Cake

Ingredients

Peanut Base

  • 300 g of peanut butter
  • 500 g of icing sugar
  • 800 g of flour
  • Cheese filling

  • 1 kg of cream cheese
  • 375 g of icing sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 75 g of egg (meringue)
  • 75 g of sugar (meringue)
  • 270 g of yoghurt
  • 70 ml of whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 50 g of corn flour
  • Preparation

    Cheese mixture

    1. Beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth and fluffy.
    2. Whisk the egg white with some of the sugar until it becomes meringue.
    3. Add in the cream mixture, yoghurt, whipping cream and other ingredients.
    4. Continue beating and mix well.

    Peanut Base

    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    2. Put some water in a baking tray and preheat it in the oven at 150 to 160C.
    3. Pour the peanut base in a mold and press until firm.
