Ingredients
Peanut Base
300 g of peanut butter
500 g of icing sugar
800 g of flour
Cheese filling
1 kg of cream cheese
375 g of icing sugar
4 eggs
75 g of egg (meringue)
75 g of sugar (meringue)
270 g of yoghurt
70 ml of whipping cream
1 tbsp of lemon juice
50 g of corn flour
Preparation
Cheese mixture
- Beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Whisk the egg white with some of the sugar until it becomes meringue.
- Add in the cream mixture, yoghurt, whipping cream and other ingredients.
- Continue beating and mix well.
Peanut Base
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Put some water in a baking tray and preheat it in the oven at 150 to 160C.
- Pour the peanut base in a mold and press until firm.
