Peach Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients

 BASE
  • 200g Oreo cookies or digestive cookies (if you want a base that is not sweet), crushed finely
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
 CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 25ml yoghurt, preferably mango flavor
  • 100g fine sugar
  • 5 pieces of peach, from tin
 JELLY MIXTURE
  • 120ml hot water
  • 1 tbsp jelly powder

Preparation

  1. Lay baking parchment on top of an 8" cake tin. Optionally, the cake can also be greased instead of being laid with baking paper.
  2. Mix the Oreo cookies with melted butter evenly and pressed the cookies base onto the bottom of cake tin.
  3. To prepare the cheese filling, beat the cream cheese together with sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the yoghurt into the cream cheese mixture and stir evenly. Set aside for a while.
  5. Prepare the jelly mixture by mixing both the jelly powder and hot water evenly.
  6. Pour this jelly mixture into the cream cheese filling and stir evenly.
  7. Slowly add the peach slices and stir carefully so that the peach slices would not mashed.
  8. Pour the cheese filling into the cake tin and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Bring out the cheese cake from fridge and decorate the cake with some peach slices.
  10. Serve.
