| Kiwi Fruit Cheese Cake Recipe |
Ingredients |
Cheese Cake Base
- 200g digestive cookies, crushed
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
Cheese Filling
- 250g cream cheese
- 300ml kiwi fruit yoghurt
- 125ml non-flavor yoghurt
- 200g caster sugar
- 4 kiwi fruits
Gelatin Mixture
- 100ml hot water
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
Cake Garnishing
- Kiwi fruit slices
- 1 tbsp warm water

Direction

- Lay baking parchment on an 8" cake tin.
- Mix crushed digestive cookies with butter evenly. Press the cake base onto the cake tin evenly.
- Beat cream cheese and caster sugar until creamy.
- Add in kiwi fruit yoghurt and plain yoghurt and stir evenly. Set aside for a while.
- Mix the gelatin powder into hot water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
- Pour the gelatin mixture into the cream cheese filling, stir evenly.
- Pour the cream cheese filling into cake tin and refrigerate the cake for few hours.
- Take out the cake from fridge and garnish the cake with kiwi fruit slices. Proceed to serve.
