Guava Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

 Base
  • 100 grams butter cookies, crushed
  • 50 grams sunflower seeds
  • 70 grams butter, melted
 Cheese Filling
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams icing sugar
  • 60 grams condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams guava puree
  • Few drops green coloring (optional)

Method

  1. Base: Combine all ingredients well and press mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 4 inches loaf pan, keep aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese, icing sugar and condensed milk until smooth. Add in guava puree, stir well. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Pour cheese mixture into prepared pan. Steam bake the cheesecake in preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
