| Guava Cheesecake Recipe |
Ingredients |
Base
- 100 grams butter cookies, crushed
- 50 grams sunflower seeds
- 70 grams butter, melted
Cheese Filling
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 50 grams icing sugar
- 60 grams condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams guava puree
- Few drops green coloring (optional)

Method
|
- Base: Combine all ingredients well and press mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 4 inches loaf pan, keep aside.
- Beat cream cheese, icing sugar and condensed milk until smooth. Add in guava puree, stir well. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour cheese mixture into prepared pan. Steam bake the cheesecake in preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
