BASE CRUST
100 g of Digestive Biscuits
20 g of Sugar
60 g of Melted Butter
CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE

500 g of Cream Cheese
15 g of Green Tea Powder
150 g of Sugar

200 g of Sour Cream
20 g of Corn Flour

2 Eggs
Directions
Cheese Cake Preparation
- Mix ingredients A until smooth.
- Add in ingredients B and stir well.
- Add ingredients C and mix thoroughly till creamy.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared biscuit crust cake mould.
- Preheat oven at 150C and steam bake for 90 minutes.
- Chill the cake for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Base Crust Preparation
- Crush digestive biscuits, add in sugar and melted butter and mix well.
- Pour into the mould and press until even.
- Keep in the freezer for 10 minutes.
