Green Tea Cheese Cake Recipe

Some slices of green tea cheesecake

Ingredients

BASE CRUST

  • 100 g of Digestive Biscuits
  • 20 g of Sugar
  • 60 g of Melted Butter
  • CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE

    A

  • 500 g of Cream Cheese
  • 15 g of Green Tea Powder
  • 150 g of Sugar
  • B

  • 200 g of Sour Cream
  • 20 g of Corn Flour
  • C

  • 2 Eggs
  • Directions

    Cheese Cake Preparation

    1. Mix ingredients A until smooth.
    2. Add in ingredients B and stir well.
    3. Add ingredients C and mix thoroughly till creamy.
    4. Transfer the batter to the prepared biscuit crust cake mould.
    5. Preheat oven at 150C and steam bake for 90 minutes.
    6. Chill the cake for at least 20 minutes before serving.

    Base Crust Preparation

    1. Crush digestive biscuits, add in sugar and melted butter and mix well.
    2. Pour into the mould and press until even.
    3. Keep in the freezer for 10 minutes.
