Double Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

A

  • 500 g of Cream Cheese
  • 150 g of Yoghurt
  • 100 g of Sugar
  • B

  • 5 Egg Yolks
  • C

  • 50 g of Superfine Flour
  • 50 g of Corn Flour
  • D

  • 60 ml of Water
  • 50 g of Cocoa Powder
  • E

  • 5 Egg Whites
  • 100 g of Sugar
  • ˝ tsp of Cream of Tartar
  • F

  • 150 g of Chocolate Chips
  • Directions

    1. Double boil ingredients A.
    2. Whisk till it is smooth.
    3. Leave it aside for a while.
    4. Add in ingredients B and stir well followed by ingredients C.
    5. Blend ingredients D thoroughly, so as to dissolve the cocoa powder.
    6. Blend this into the cheese mixture.
    7. Beat ingredients E at medium speed till soft peaks are formed.
    8. Fold into mixture that was created from Step 6 and blend evenly.
    9. Mix ˝ portion of ingredients F into the batter and turn it into the mould.
    10. Sprinkle the other half of ingredients F on top of cake.
    11. Steam bake at 150°C for 60-70 minutes.
