500 g of Cream Cheese
150 g of Yoghurt
100 g of Sugar

5 Egg Yolks
C
50 g of Superfine Flour
50 g of Corn Flour
D
60 ml of Water
50 g of Cocoa Powder
E
5 Egg Whites
100 g of Sugar
˝ tsp of Cream of Tartar

150 g of Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Double boil ingredients A.
- Whisk till it is smooth.
- Leave it aside for a while.
- Add in ingredients B and stir well followed by ingredients C.
- Blend ingredients D thoroughly, so as to dissolve the cocoa powder.
- Blend this into the cheese mixture.
- Beat ingredients E at medium speed till soft peaks are formed.
- Fold into mixture that was created from Step 6 and blend evenly.
- Mix ˝ portion of ingredients F into the batter and turn it into the mould.
- Sprinkle the other half of ingredients F on top of cake.
- Steam bake at 150°C for 60-70 minutes.
