Ingredients
A
60 g of Milk
160 g of Cream Cheese
30 g of Butter
B
4 Egg Yolks
10 g of Lemon Juice
C
30 g of Superfine Flour
30 g of Corn Flour
D
4 Egg Whites
100 g of Sugar
2 g of Salt
Directions
- Double boil ingredients A, whisk till it is smooth and set it aside.
- Add in ingredients B, stir well, then fold in ingredients C and mix till evenly blended.
- Use medium speed to beat ingredients D till soft peaks are formed.
- Fold lightly into mixture resulted from Step 2.
- Preheat oven to 150C. Steam bake for 60-70 minutes.
- When cake is done, invert it for 5 mins before unmoulding the cake.
- This is to prevent cake from sinking in the middle.
