Cocktail Fruit Cheese Cake Recipe |
Ingredients |
- A slice of 10" x 10" x 1" of chocolate sponge cake
- 250g cream cheese
- 100g superfine sugar
- 1 tsp jelly powder
- 100ml hot water
- mango flavor yoghurt
- 110g fresh milk
- ˝ tin cocktail fruit
- 110ml cocktail fruit syrup

Method
|
- Beat cream cheese and superfine sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add in yoghurt and continue beating evenly. Set aside for a while.
- Dissolved jelly powder into hot water. Pour the jelly mixture into the cream cheese mixture from Step 2.
- Pour the cream cheese filling on top of the chocolate sponge cake and spread it evenly.
- Place all the cocktail fruits on top of the cheese cake filling. Proceed to refrigerate the cake before serving.
