Cocktail Fruit Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • A slice of 10" x 10" x 1" of chocolate sponge cake
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 100g superfine sugar
  • 1 tsp jelly powder
  • 100ml hot water
  • mango flavor yoghurt
  • 110g fresh milk
  • ˝ tin cocktail fruit
  • 110ml cocktail fruit syrup

Method

  1. Beat cream cheese and superfine sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in yoghurt and continue beating evenly. Set aside for a while.
  3. Dissolved jelly powder into hot water. Pour the jelly mixture into the cream cheese mixture from Step 2.
  4. Pour the cream cheese filling on top of the chocolate sponge cake and spread it evenly.
  5. Place all the cocktail fruits on top of the cheese cake filling. Proceed to refrigerate the cake before serving.
