- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Juice extracted from 1 lemon fruit
- 180g chocolate chips

Method

- Beat the cream cheese and caster sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs gradually, one at a time into the cream cheese mixture and continue mixing evenly.
- Stir in vanilla essence, lemon juice and chocolate chips into the cheese mixture.
- Pour the cheese batter into greased cake pan and bake in preheated oven at temperature of 100°C for about half hour before serving.
