150 g of Carrot Flakes
100 g of Pineapple Slices
50 g of Raisins

200g of AP Flour
½ tsp of Baking Powder
¼ tsp of Soda Bicarbonate

1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
50 g of Walnuts
½ tsp of Cinnamon

100 g of Melted Butter
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
250 g of Cream Cheese
50 g of Butter
50 g of Sugar
1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
Directions
Carrot Cake Preparation
- Beat ingredients (A) till fluffy.
- Add it ingredients (B) and ingredients (C) and mix well.
- Add in the butter and mixed them evenly.
- Pour mixture into an 8" cake mould and bake for around 40-45 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting Preparation
- Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
- Put in sugar and vanilla and cream again until smooth.
- When the cake has cooled down, spread the cake with cream frosting. Proceed to serve.
