  • Ingredients

    Cheese Cake Mixture

    A

  • 350 g of Cream Cheese
  • 80 g of Butter
  • B

  • 180 g of Whipping Cream
  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • C

  • 15 g of Superfine Flour
  • 15 g of Corn Flour
  • D

  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 80 g of Sugar
  • ¼ tsp of Cream of Tartar
  • Cheese Cake Decoration

  • 200 g of Fresh Cream
  • 100 g of Corn Kernels
  • 250 g of Blueberry Pie Filling
  • Cheese Cake Biscuit Crust Base

  • 100 g of Bread Crumbs/ Cream Crackers
  • 60 g of Melted Unsalted Butter
  • Preparation

    CHEESE CAKE

    1. Blend ingredients A until smooth. Add in ingredients B slowly, bit by bit. Stir until well combined.
    2. Sieve ingredients C and add into above. Mix well.
    3. Whip egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar until soft peaks form.
    4. Add mixture from Step 3 into mixture from Step 2. Use a spatula to blend till well mixed. Preheat oven at 150°C. Steam bake for 60 minutes.
    5. When cake is ready, let it cool. Spread blueberry pie filling on the surface. Cover the side with whipped cream and decorate it with corn kernels. Chill before serving.

    BISCUIT CRUST BASE

    1. Crush bread crumbs or cream crackers. Add in melted butter and mix well.
    2. Pour into the mould and press until even and keep in the freezer for 10 minutes.
