Cheese Filling
- 375 g/ 13¼ oz of cream cheese
- 3 eggs (egg yolk and egg white separated)
- 90 g/ 3 oz of granulated sugar
- 20 g/ ½ oz of butter
 Cheese Cake Topping
- 120 g/ 4¼ oz of sour cream
- 1 egg white
- 20 g/ ½ oz of granulated sugar

- Preheat oven to 180°C/ 340°F.
- Using electric beater, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add half of the sugar and beat the mixture until well combined.
- Add egg yolks one at a time and beat until the batter is smooth.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Stir in remaining sugar a little at a time. Whisk until sugar is fully dissolved.
- Fold in cheese mixture little by little.
- Pour the cheese batter into a greased cake tin.
- Bake the cheese cake for about 50 minutes. Remove the cake after baking and allow to cool.
- Combine and mix all topping ingredients.
- Pour the cake topping onto the cooled cheese cake.
- Bake the cake at 160°C for another 5 minutes. Proceed to serve.
