Ingredients
Butter Cake

180 g of Eggs
150 g of Sugar
3 g of Salt

150g of High Protein Flour

200 g of Seedless Prunes
125 g of Yoghurt drink
5 g of Sodium Bicarbonate

120 g of Melted Butter

60 g of Toasted Walnuts
60 g of Toasted Almond Nibs
Directions
- Mix ingredients (C) for at least 5 hours. Whisk ingredients (A) until light and fluffy.
- Add in sieved flour and mix evenly.
- Add the mixture from Step 1, ingredients (E) and melted butter and mix well.
- Pour batter into the mould and bake for 35-40 minutes.
