  • 250 g of Butter
  • 250 g of Sugar

  • 4 of Eggs

  • 300 g of High Protein Flour
  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder
  • ˝ tsp of Baking Soda
  • 80 g of Ground Almonds
 D
  • 50 ml of Milk
  • 300 g of Durian Puree

Direction

  1. Beat ingredients (A) together until white and creamy.
  2. Add the eggs and continue beating.
  3. Sift ingredients (C). Add to the creamed mixture.
  4. Lastly add in ingredients (D) and mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased mould and bake 180°C for 45 minutes.
