- 250 g of Butter
- 250 g of Sugar

- 300 g of High Protein Flour
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- ˝ tsp of Baking Soda
- 80 g of Ground Almonds

- 50 ml of Milk
- 300 g of Durian Puree

Direction

- Beat ingredients (A) together until white and creamy.
- Add the eggs and continue beating.
- Sift ingredients (C). Add to the creamed mixture.
- Lastly add in ingredients (D) and mix well.
- Pour into a greased mould and bake 180°C for 45 minutes.
