Coconut Butter Cake

  • Ingredients

    Butter Cake

    A

  • 150 g of Butter
  • 150 g of Margarine
  • 3 g of Salt
  • B

  • 10g of Pandan Coconut Flavoring
  • C

  • 280 g of All Purpose Flour
  • 10 g of Milk Powder
  • 6 g of Baking Powder
  • D

  • 100 g of Golden Baked Coconut
  • 50 ml of Coconut Milk
  • E

  • 260 g of Eggs
  • 250 g of Sugar
  • Directions

    1. Beat ingredients (A) on slow speed for 30 seconds and beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.
    2. Add in pandan coconut flavoring at slow speed.
    3. Stir well for 1 minute and add in ingredients (C) and beat for 3 minutes.
    4. Lastly, add in ingredients (D) mix well
    5. Use another mixing bowl to ingredients (E) on medium speed minutes.
    6. Blend mixture from Step 5 into flour mixture into a prepared tin and bake for 40-45 minutes.
    7. Cover the cake with whipped cream and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
