Ingredients
Butter Cake
A
150 g of Butter
150 g of Margarine
3 g of Salt
B
10g of Pandan Coconut Flavoring
C
280 g of All Purpose Flour
10 g of Milk Powder
6 g of Baking Powder
D
100 g of Golden Baked Coconut
50 ml of Coconut Milk
E
260 g of Eggs
250 g of Sugar
Directions
- Beat ingredients (A) on slow speed for 30 seconds and beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.
- Add in pandan coconut flavoring at slow speed.
- Stir well for 1 minute and add in ingredients (C) and beat for 3 minutes.
- Lastly, add in ingredients (D) mix well
- Use another mixing bowl to ingredients (E) on medium speed minutes.
- Blend mixture from Step 5 into flour mixture into a prepared tin and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Cover the cake with whipped cream and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
