Blueberry Butter Cake

Baking Overview

  • Ingredients

    A

  • 125 g of Butter
  • 120 g of Sugar
  • 1 tsp of Emulsifier
  • B

  • 2 Eggs
  • C

  • 140 g of Superfine Flour
  • ˝ tsp of Baking Powder
  • D

  • 30 g of Fresh Cream
  • E

  • 100 g of Blueberry Pie Filling
  • Preparation

    1. Beat ingredients (A) on high speed for 3 minutes till fluffy and light.
    2. Add eggs gradually and mix well.
    3. Scrape the side of bowl and blend it ingredients (C).
    4. Add fresh cream and and mix till well incorporated.
    5. Pour half of batter into the greased mould.
    6. Cover with blueberry filling.
    7. Pour remaining batter over filling with spatula.
    8. Gently swirl batter for marbled effect.
    9. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
