Ingredients
A
250 g of Butter
180 g of Brown Sugar
B
300 g of Eggs (around 5 eggs)
C
150 g of High Protein Flour
100 g of Superfine Flour
6 g of Baking Powder
D
50 g of Ground Hazelnut
5 g of Vanilla
E
300 g of Seedless Dates (chopped)
150 ml of Hot Tea
10 g of Sodium Bicarbonate
Preparation
- Leave ingredients (E) for at least 5 hours.
- Beat ingredients (A) until light and fluffy and add in eggs gradually and also flour till well mixed.
- Add in ingredients (D) and ingredie(E) and stir until mixture is well incorporated.
- Pour into prepared tin and bake.
