Black Dates Butter Cake

  • Ingredients

    A

  • 250 g of Butter
  • 180 g of Brown Sugar
  • B

  • 300 g of Eggs (around 5 eggs)
  • C

  • 150 g of High Protein Flour
  • 100 g of Superfine Flour
  • 6 g of Baking Powder
  • D

  • 50 g of Ground Hazelnut
  • 5 g of Vanilla
  • E

  • 300 g of Seedless Dates (chopped)
  • 150 ml of Hot Tea
  • 10 g of Sodium Bicarbonate
  • Preparation

    1. Leave ingredients (E) for at least 5 hours.
    2. Beat ingredients (A) until light and fluffy and add in eggs gradually and also flour till well mixed.
    3. Add in ingredients (D) and ingredie(E) and stir until mixture is well incorporated.
    4. Pour into prepared tin and bake.
