Banana Butter Cake Recipe

Banana Butter Cake

  • 125 g of Butter
  • 80 g of Margarine
  • 180 g of Sugar
  • 1 tsp of Emulsifier
  • 1 tsp of Salt

  • 180 g of Eggs (3)
 C
  • 250 g of Bananas (puree)
  • 1 tsp of Banana Flavor
 D
  • 280 g of High Protein Flour
  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp of Sodium Bicarbonate
 E
  • 50 ml of Milk

Preparation

  1. Beat ingredients (A) on low speed minute.
  2. Scrape the bottom and sides before beating on high speed for 3 minutes.
  3. Add in eggs gradually. Scrape and mix for 2 minutes on high speed .
  4. Add in ingredients (C) and mix for minute on low speed.
  5. Then blend in the sieved ingredients (D) on low speed for 1 minute, and add in milk at the same time.
  6. Pour the mixture into a cake mould and bake for 35-45 minutes.
