- 125 g of Butter
- 80 g of Margarine
- 180 g of Sugar
- 1 tsp of Emulsifier
- 1 tsp of Salt

- 250 g of Bananas (puree)
- 1 tsp of Banana Flavor

- 280 g of High Protein Flour
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1 tsp of Sodium Bicarbonate

Preparation

- Beat ingredients (A) on low speed minute.
- Scrape the bottom and sides before beating on high speed for 3 minutes.
- Add in eggs gradually. Scrape and mix for 2 minutes on high speed .
- Add in ingredients (C) and mix for minute on low speed.
- Then blend in the sieved ingredients (D) on low speed for 1 minute, and add in milk at the same time.
- Pour the mixture into a cake mould and bake for 35-45 minutes.
