Cupcake with Icing Sugar

OK, this picture will make a good first post. The cupcake was made by my pal. She was having a busy time baking these little cute cup cakes with icing sugar on top. Trust me, this is no easy feat, as she is the only one doing the baking and cake decoration. Her friend was apparently very busy with other stuff. Me?
