| Snowball Cake Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 2 packages unflavored gelatin
- ¼ cup cold water
- ¾ cup boiling water
- 1 large angel food cake
- 2 cartons whipped cream
- 1 lemon, juice extracted
- 18 oz crushed pineapple from tin
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup coconut, shredded

Method

- Dissolve the gelatin in the ¼ cup cold water and add to the boiling water. Set aside to cool.
- Break the cake into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Fold the whipped cream, lemon juice, pineapple and sugar into gelatin mixture. Pour this over the cake pieces.
- Press into a 9 x 13 inches pan. Sprinkle the coconut over the top. Chill overnight.
